Walk, talk and share a soulful experience! Led by Tessa or Tania, the Yoga Walks, are chosen for their beauty and look-out spots. Walks vary in length and difficulty, but all include a guided walk with yoga & meditation practice. During the walk we stop to breathe, stretch and take in the views (some walks may require yoga mats, but you will be informed). Usually there are drinks afterwards in a local cafe.
Each month will announce the walk, distance, and any other information.

We enjoy SUP Yoga on the Ocean, then snorkel, laugh and share a soulful experience around Denia Marina and beach area! SUP is at 8am, the best time to enjoy meditation and yoga on the still water, then breakfast waterside at 9.30am (*not inc in price), after which, we stroll the coast to local snorkel hotspots. Bring snacks, or sample snacks/drinks from the plentiful beachside bars and restaurants.

Fly Yoga Picnics

DENIA - ALTEA - ALBIR
A privileged location, with stunning views, this picnic spot is surrounded by nature and overlooking the mountains and/or the sea. We start by walking up to enjoy the view, where we will stop to meditate, then on to our perfect mountain look-out - where we will enjoy an 'Aerial Yoga Confidence' Workshop - for all levels. Plus we will set up an area to practice Partner Yoga stretches, depending on group numbers. There are a few picnic spots for people to enjoy snacks. We will have shade, drinks and snacks, but please bring your favourite picnic items, yoga mats, shade umbrellas and some blankets, if you have some.
Fly Yoga (Aerial Yoga) helps you to move more freely, by counteracting gravity. Suspension in the air releases tension on the bones and muscles, particularly decompressing the spine, while increasing flexibility and deepening your practice. This super relaxing yoga class, starts with breathing techniques, moving on to traditional warrior poses with the assistance of the hammock. Breathe, move, stretch and float. This class is designed to soothe away tension, lengthen the muscles ALL fitness levels.
